From September 1, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs return to a five-day working week
Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which for more than 4 months worked on a six-day working schedule, switch to the usual work schedule. At the same time, Saturday, as it was before the start of martial law, is a working day.
The routine of the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which provide services:
Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri — the beginning of the working day at 9:00am, the end of the working day — at 18:00;
Sat — the beginning of the working day at 9:00, the end of the working day — at 16:45;
Sun, Mon — days off.
It should be borne in mind that the largest number of visitors is observed on Tuesday and Saturday, and you can get a ticket at the terminal no later than an hour before the end of the working day, determined by the schedule of the relevant service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To plan your visit and get a high-quality state service as quickly and conveniently as possible, you should adhere to the following algorithm:
Choose the method of recording to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs online (section “e-recording”) or in the terminal directly in the premises of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The working routine of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs remains unchanged:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu — from 9:00 to 18:00;
Fri — from 9:00 to 16:45;
Sat, Sun — days off;
lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45.
