The soldier comes from the city of Khmelnitsky. I always wanted to become a military man and protect the state borders of Ukraine. Therefore, in 1997 he entered the Academy of the Border Troops of Ukraine.
After graduation, he served in the Izmail detachment in the department of the border service “Orlivka”. Constantly improved his knowledge and ensured the protection of the state border, being responsible for the legal component.
Life made its adjustments and in 2009 Maxim decided to try himself in civilian life. However, he later returned to the ranks of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and continues to work in his specialty in the Marine Guard detachment.
“Realizing the hostile mood of our northern neighbor, I decided to return and help fellow border guards. Providing legal guarantees requires a lot of effort, constant improvement and study of new legal norms in order to help make correct and rational decisions from the legal side,” says Maxim.
