How to plan a visit to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provide affordable and convenient services, take care of the comfort of customers and create all the conditions so that they can easily plan their time. How does the e-recording functionality work on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs?
The system allows you to record in advance within 14 days. Free coupons enter the system every day randomly.
Everyone has the opportunity to check the availability of coupons, both in the nearest service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in any center throughout Ukraine. The system displays free coupons for recording online and free coupons in the terminal directly in the premises of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To avoid abuse of pre-registration vouchers, a limit on the number of vouchers that can be issued has been introduced. For one month, one person can receive 4 pre-registration coupons. Plan your visits responsibly.
Legal entities have the opportunity to form up to four coupons for one type of service per day.
How to get an e-recording ticket online?
Go to the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, select e-recording in the menu. First you need to log in. This can be done using an electronic signature, BankID or Action.Signature. We have made sure that all modern methods of identity identification available in Ukraine are available.
Importantly, the e-recording card is individual, therefore it is forbidden to transfer it to third parties. Authorization protects against unscrupulous users and abuse of coupons.

A day before the time specified in the voucher, a reminder of the planned visit to the service center will be sent to the e-mail. Therefore, when issuing a voucher, specify the email address correctly.
To receive several services in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you need to sign up for each of them separately.
It is worth choosing a service from the list carefully:
- registration actions with vehicles;
- exchange of driver's license and issuance of an international driver's license;
- theoretical exam.
Please note that registration for the practical exam is carried out only offline in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is open for 14 days.
Is it possible to get a ticket at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs?
If it is not possible to issue a pre-registration ticket online, there is always an option - to receive it in the premises of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs directly on the day of the visit. Advance ticket can be taken from the terminal directly in the room. It is necessary to fill in the fields carefully, all of them are mandatory. If the terminal is missing - this situation may be in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the old model or in small service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - then find an administrator who makes a preliminary recording.
You can get a ticket in the terminal no later than one hour before the end of the working day, determined by the work schedule of the relevant service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (section “Contacts”).
The provision of administrative services during the air alarm is suspended. It is necessary to use the nearest shelter. At the same time, the waiting time in the queue will be extended for the duration of the air alarm.
