Kharkiv region: two dead, two civilians wounded as a result of shelling
The Russians attacked the city of Volchansk. The high-rise building was destroyed and damaged.
Today at about 8:15 the Russians shelled the city of Volchansk. Police, rescuers, medics arrived at the scene.
As a result of the shelling, the third entrance of the nine-storey building was destroyed. In the second entrance, the roof is partially destroyed. Two residents were deblocked from the apartment. A woman was wounded in 1963 and a man was born in 1979.
A 60-year-old man who consulted in his garden died as a result of the shelling. An 84-year-old resident of Volchansk was in a house hit by a shell. Died from his injuries.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Police officers conduct an inspection of the scene, collect material evidence, document the consequences of another crime of the Russian military.
