Damaged private house. Civilian killed: investigators documented the consequences of war crimes of Russians in Kharkiv region.
During the day, the occupiers were under fire from the Red Dawn of Bogodukhiv district, Pletenivka, Zemlianka, Fedorivka Chuguivsky district, Dvorichna, Ivanivka, Berestovo Kupyansk district and other settlements.
In the morning of November 21, Russians shelled Kozacha Lopan village of Kharkiv district. Damaged private house. A 29-year-old man was killed.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene.
In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
