Kharkiv and Kherson region under enemy fire: there are dead among civilians
The Russian army continues to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. Last day, the enemy attacked Kherson and Kharkiv regions with all types of weapons.
As a result of shelling of the cities of Kupyansk and Volchansk, residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
In the village of Petropavlovka, a residential building and outbuildings were damaged. A 65-year-old man was killed.
During the shelling in the village of Sinkivka, Kupyansk district, a man was injured. He was taken to the hospital. Houses and outbuildings were damaged in the settlement.
In the Kherson region, the invaders continue to use scorched earth tactics.
The village of Kizomys of the Bilozersk community is under constant enemy fire. This settlement and the surrounding islands were once again attacked by the Russians from the air, releasing six guided bombs.
There are no casualties among the local population, people are leaving the dangerous zone, where there is almost no surviving house left.
At dawn, the Russian army from the air attacked the residential quarters of the city of Beryslav, as a result of which several houses were destroyed, two local residents were killed. The occupiers hit the town of Kindiyka Antonov village council from the aircraft, a local resident was wounded.
From the left bank of the Dnieper, the Russian army shelled residential districts of Kherson, especially the coastal areas were affected, and the destruction of private houses was recorded there. From direct hits of shells, some residential premises are uninhabitable. In the high-rise buildings of the Korabel and HBK neighborhoods, during the shelling, the shock waves knocked out windows, balcony frames, as well as damaged facades and roof coverings.
Investigative and operational teams of the police, rescuers and ambulance doctors worked at the sites of the “arrivals”, who collected material evidence, documented the consequences of attacks by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation, extinguished fires and provided assistance to the victims.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
