This was stated during the briefing by the Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky.

“The Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova was on the spot, we communicated that all the evidence of this crime will be collected, properly formalized and transferred to international institutions, which will include these materials in their own proceedings,” said Denis Monastyrsky.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs showed journalists samples of the X-22 missile - more than 900 kg of explosives, which flew into the shopping center.

The Minister thanked all those involved in extinguishing the fire, dismantling the blockages and eliminating the consequences: “We will never forgive this crime, because it is directed against the civilian population of Ukraine. The whole world should understand that in this case Putin will not stop at the borders of other states.”
