Volchansk: a two-storey building damaged in the city as a result of Russian shelling

Around 15:00 the police received a report of shelling of the city of Volchansk. According to preliminary data, the strike was inflicted by a guided air bomb. A two-story house is damaged. There may be people under the rubble.
An investigative task force, forensics and explosives technicians went to the scene.
In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
