Enemy once again attacked civilian infrastructure of Odessa region with drones
On August 23, at night, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out a drone attack on the Odessa region. The granaries and the production and transshipment complex in Podunavia, in particular warehouses and administrative buildings, suffered damage and destruction.
Preliminary shelling was carried out by strike unmanned aerial vehicles. The review is ongoing, a full list of destruction and damage is being established. At the scene, prosecutors work in cooperation with other law enforcement officers who document another war crime of the Russian Federation.
Under the procedural guidance of the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
