“Vor in the law” nicknamed “Badri Kutaisi” received suspicion for participation in the so-called “shooting”

Operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations and investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police continue to collect materials regarding the representatives of the crime who organized and were present at the so-called “rally”.

The relevant evidence was obtained by the police regarding a 58-year-old native of the Russian Federation, who was “crowned” in Krasnodar at the age of 25. According to the materials of the investigation, Badri Kutaisi was a participant in a criminal gathering, where together with the “laws in law” the nicknames “Umka”, “Lasha Svan” and other persons made a decision on the appointment of a “spectator” for the “community” in the Odessa region.

The 58-year-old “lawman in law” from the sanctions list of the National Security and Security Council was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 255-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is known that the suspected “wolf in law” is responsible for the receipt and distribution of funds of the so-called Russian thieving “community” and the “spies” behind it. Earlier, in another case on organization and participation in a criminal, the collected suspicions were declared to three subjects of increased criminal influence in the status of “citizens in the law” - “Polika”, “Umtsi”, “Lasha Svanu” and “Ramaz Bogdadsky”.

In addition, at the end of February, the so-called “curator” for the Odessa region - “the bull in the law” nicknamed “Lavasogli-Batumsky”, who has close ties to the Russian criminality, and his five “protégés” received suspicion. They are incriminated for organizing and participating in the “exodus”.

Procedural guidance in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Office of the Prosecutor General. For organizing and participating in a criminal gathering, suspects may face up to twelve years in prison with confiscation of property.
