Firefighters saved 20 hectares of Ukrainian bread from destruction
Yesterday, July 25, at 16:51 the Rescue Service received a report of a fire outside the village of Gavynosy, in Odesa region.
Upon arrival at the call place, rescuers found that dry grass was burning on an area of 0.7 hectares and wheat on root in an area of 2 hectares. Firefighters located the fire at 18:00 and eliminated it at 19:05.
Thanks to the professional actions of rescuers, a field with wheat on an area of 20 hectares was saved from complete destruction.
Fortunately, there are no casualties or casualties.
To eliminate the consequences of the fire from the emergency services, 2 units of equipment and 8 rescuers were involved.
Firefighters also appeal to Ukrainians and urge them to remember that compliance with fire safety rules and personal responsibility will protect the crop from fires.
As you know, in addition to human negligence, many fires occur due to Russian shelling.
Therefore, in order to reduce the work of rescuers, every citizen must be aware and follow all the advice of the State Emergency Service.
