The driver of the bus tried to illegally transport the pneumatic weapon across the border
The attempt to illegally import undeclared goods was stopped by border guards together with customs officers at the Shegini checkpoint.
The 50-year-old driver of the Stryi-Przemysl regular bus followed him to Ukraine at night. Based on the analysis and risk assessment, the border guards decided to check the bus more thoroughly. In the course of which, in the luggage compartment and on the shelves for things, the inspection team discovered the undeclared goods.
Thus, a resident of the city of Stryi tried to illegally transport 119 sights, 15 air rifles, 50 electric shock flashlights, more than 200 knives of various types and almost 1.4 thousand rounds for an air rifle.
A protocol was drawn up on this fact. The “find” is withdrawn by customs officers, the amount of the assessment will be set additionally.
