5 people were injured as a result of a gas cylinder explosion in Kyiv
To the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the city. Kyiv received a report of an explosion in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
Rescuers were sent to the scene of the call. Upon arrival, it was found that a gas cylinder explosion occurred in a metal kiosk for making fast food, followed by combustion. Fire engulfed 2 adjacent stalls.
The explosion injured 5 people: 2 of them employees of the food preparation kiosk, 1 visitor, 1 person who tried to extinguish the fire and the seller of the adjacent kiosk selling mobile accessories.
All the victims were transferred to the doctors. Subsequently, 4 people were hospitalized with burns. As a result of the fire, both stalls burned completely.
