Two minors were wounded as a result of the early morning enemy shelling of Kupʼiansk
On October 22, at about 7:00am, Russian military artillery again shelled the city. Kup'yansk in Kharkiv region. The residential buildings of the townspeople were under enemy attack.
Three people are known to have been injured: a woman, a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy. All injured are hospitalized.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kup'yansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast, a pre-trial investigation was launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors and police investigators carry out priority investigative actions.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General
