The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko announced this on his Facebook page.
A search and rescue operation is currently underway.
“All specialized services are involved: rescuers, psychologists, police paramedics, explosives technicians, investigators and forensics,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
