Civilian killed as a result of shelling by occupation forces in Donetsk region: police opened criminal proceedings
Over the past day, the occupiers carried out shelling in the area of 29 settlements. 9 damage to buildings and infrastructure objects were recorded.
Illegal armed formations opened fire near:
bridge - Avdeevka, Maryinka, Krasnogorovka, Svitlodarsk;
villages and villages - Vodiane, Novoluhanske, Zaitseve, Shirokyne, Chermalyk, Kamenka, Lebedinske, Novoselivka Druga, Hnutove, Novomykhailivka, Pavlopil, Pisky, Mykolaivka, Verkhnotoretske, Luhanske, Novoluhanske, New York, Shumi, Mayorske, Pivdenne, Novoselivka, Starohnativka, Granitnoe, Novohnativka, Nevelske, Novotroitske.
As a result of the shelling, a peaceful resident of Novoluhansky, who at that moment was in the garage, was killed. There are casualties among the military.
Police officers document the consequences of shelling and help local residents. Pre-trial investigations under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war), art. 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been initiated.
