Extract from the register of the territorial community will be formed on the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services “Diia”
The State Migration Service of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine have developed the possibility of forming an extract on the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services Action on the place of residence.
This possibility is provided in order to implement the requirements of the legislation on the provision of electronic public services regarding the declaration and registration of residence in Ukraine.
The extract from the register of the territorial community will be formed by means of the departmental information system of the SMS of Ukraine using the system of electronic interaction of state electronic information resources. A person will be able to get it through the Action portal after passing electronic identification and authentication.
The extract shall, in particular, contain information available in the DMS departmental information system about the person, address and date of the declared/registered place of residence (stay) or the address and date of removal from the declared/registered place of residence (stay), or information about the cancellation of the declaration/registration removal/withdrawal from the declared/registered place of residence (stay).
In addition, a unique electronic identifier (QR code) will be automatically applied to the generated extract. With its help, citizens will be able to present an extract when receiving administrative or social services — the information can be read and checked by special technical means by obtaining data from the departmental information system of the DMS.
The extract is formed in accordance with the data of the registers of territorial communities as of February 23, 2022.
