The attacker was illegally on the territory of Ukraine, he was exposed in December 2023. The attacker had videos in his phone where, against the background of destroyed houses in the Kiev region, he supported the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and approved the criminal actions of the aggressor. The offender is informed of the suspicion of having committed criminal offenses provided for in Part 2 of Art. 307 (Sale of particularly dangerous narcotic drugs) and part 2 of Art. 436-2 — (Production, distribution of materials containing justifications, recognition of legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. During the pre-trial investigation, the attacker was in custody.
Now the investigators have sent the indictment to court. The suspect faces up to ten years in prison with confiscation of property.
