He stole road signs and supports for the construction of a greenhouse: an intruder was exposed in the Dnipropetrovsk region
Within two months, the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region received several appeals from the highway service about theft of signs.
According to the applicants, the established elements of the organization of safe traffic were missing during the road repair work on the highway.
Law enforcement officials have established that a 47-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Novomoskovskiy district of the Dnipropetrovsk region may be involved in the thefts.
On October 25, during a search, 18 metal supports and 31 road signs were found by law enforcement officers in his yard. Air reconnaissance with a quadrocopter was used to search for the stolen property.
As the man explained, he used metal pipes to build greenhouses in the garden.
According to this fact, the investigators launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 4 of Art. 185 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing.
