Teachers of the Academy of NGU conduct training for the fighters of the terrorist organization
Teachers of the Academy of the National Guard conduct classes with military TROs in the Slobozhansky direction. The fighters practiced movement as part of elements of combat orders, namely: derivative, pre-combat and combat.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training Major Maxim Zamorok and Lecturer of the Department of Tactics Lieutenant Colonel Vitaliy Fedorenko held classes with the terrorists. Teachers taught the military to perform tasks autonomously over rough terrain.
The focus was on the combat orders of the group over rough terrain. The soldiers were shown the order of action of the unit during the movement and taught to overcome open areas of the terrain in various ways (crossroads, rapids, ravines, rivers) on the way to the task.
“Fighting in rough terrain requires careful attention from the fighters and quick decision making by the commander. The performance of the task and the life of the personnel depends on this, - says Major Maxim Samorok. “The fighters already have real combat experience and quickly absorb information. Everyone has high motivation and this plays a huge role.”
In addition, the terrorists worked out in detail the immediate moment of contact with the enemy and the priority actions of the unit, namely the realignment from pre-combat to combat order. Instructors focused on tactical actions ranging from gun position and rapidly lowering their silhouette, focusing the target to constant control of terrain 360 degrees from enemy maneuvers.
