Soldiers of the National Guard, performing tasks in de-occupied and front-line territories, constantly communicate with local residents during tasks at checkpoints, carrying out stabilization measures, and delivering humanitarian aid.
This newsletter helps to get useful information to people, especially where communication and the Internet are not working well. The information bulletin is developed by the communication units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
and is distributed in the de-occupied territories. It contains the most important tips for residents who were under occupation by Russian troops.
