Russian troops hit Bakhmut twice: there are dead and wounded
the army of the Russian Federation attacked the residential area with aircraft and artillery. Three high-rise buildings and a hotel were damaged as a result of the shelling. There are wounded and killed among local residents. Police and rescuers continue to work at the scene. Law enforcement officers document the damage and rescue the injured.
Also, the artillery of the Russian Federation destroyed a private house. At this time, there was a man in the yard, who miraculously remained alive. Police and rescuers helped to get out of the burning courtyard. The man was in a state of shock.
Due to the fact of the war crime documented by the police, the SBU officers opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
