Expulsion of a citizen of Moldova who was illegally on the territory of Ukraine

Employees of the Main Directorate of the State Health Service in Lviv region together with representatives of the SBU carried out the expulsion of a Moldavian through the checkpoint “Mamalyga”. Entry into Ukraine for a citizen of another state is prohibited for a period of 5 years.
The reason for expulsion is the lack of documents that allow you to stay in the country legally. Before that, the man came to Ukraine to commit a series of thefts, because of which he was sentenced to 3 years in prison. After serving his sentence, according to the decision of the Galician District Court of Lviv, he was placed in Volyn PTPI for the purpose of identification and subsequent expulsion.
