Pseudo-Kop border guard heads a group of unmanned aircraft operators. The soldiers of this air reconnaissance unit fought in the Bakhmut direction, among the combat tasks: reconnaissance of enemy positions, surveillance, artillery adjustment and the use of UAVs in the strike version. The methods of their execution were different, but the goal was one - to destroy the invaders.

The border guard compared the feeling of arriving in Bakhmut with the film, so quickly the picture before his eyes changed from a safe to a solid action.

“All round in smoke, on the left and right of the enemy artillery. From the point where the BTR stopped to the command and observation post about 100 meters. Those 100 meters were the longest in my life,” Kop shared his emotions.

The most important thing is that sending a plastic “bird” to reconnaissance, the life of personnel is safe.

“In the absence of air reconnaissance, it would be necessary to send personnel for reconnaissance, life is priceless, no matter how much the copter costs,” Kop shared his experience and added: “We flew a copter - found positions, marked them on a map, handed them over to the command and, based on the information received, we plan to move forward Actions.”

According to the serviceman, air intelligence daily detects targets for destruction, and the command, taking into account the range to the target and other factors, determines which weapons will destroy them.
