It is now possible to renew a driver's license in Germany and Spain

Citizens of Ukraine can now restore their driver's license due to loss/theft at Passport Service service centers in Germany and Spain.
Subdivisions of SE “Document” in Germany:
- Cologne, Wroclaw Square, 50668
- Berlin, Am Treptower Park 14 (2nd floor)
Subdivisions of DP “Document” in Spain:
- Valencia, metro station Xàtiva (parking in front of the main entrance of Estació del Nord station)
- Madrid, C. Adolfo Bioy Casares, 2, 28051 (Parking of the LA GAVIA Commercial Center)
Link to the registration to the electronic queue (not required, you can get the service without registration)
List of required documents:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine with a mandatory place of registration;
- Certificate (original or copy) on the assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (in case of its absence on the ID card, stamp in the passport or in the databases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs);
- A document confirming the change of surname, name (in case of change of personal data).
