Regarding the organizers of drunken parties in the capital, the police of the Kiev region sent an indictment to the court
The company of the newlyweds brought the girls to a state of helplessness, forced them to perform acts of a sexual nature, and then ridiculed the victims in social networks. Organizers of such parties distributed videos on social networks.
In February, investigators of the Kiev region police, together with NPU criminal police operatives and prosecutors of the capital region, conducted searches at the place of residence of the defendants in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Then law enforcement officers seized things from attackers for creating porn content, mobile phones, cash. Subsequently, the police reported the suspicion to the organizers of drunken parties.
At the moment, investigators of the investigative department of the Kiev police have sent to the court the indictment against the three defendants.
One of them is accused of committing crimes provided for in Part 2, 3 of Art. 153, Part 1 of Art. 301, Part 2 of Art. 296, Part 3 of Art. 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The other is in the manufacture, sale and distribution of pornographic objects and hooliganism (Part 3 of Article 301, Part 2 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). And their companion — in sexual violence (part 3 of Art. 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
