Border guards issued administrative enforcement documents for violators on violation of the regime at the checkpoint (Article 202) and malicious disobedience to the legal requirements of border guards (Art. 185—10). The husband will have to be held accountable for attempting to illegally cross the border (Art. 204—1).
But regarding the steering wheel, the border guards sent a message to the National Police about the detection of signs of the crime provided for in Art. 332 and Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
After the creation of a conflict situation at the checkpoint, the foreigner tried to escape, but not far from the border the border guards detained her. Soon the court will assess the actions of the Czech Republic and her chosen one.
Let us recall that the naked man was found by border guards together with customs officers in a niche for a spare wheel during the inspection of the car at the Luzhanka checkpoint. The car was driven by a Czech citizen, and in the trunk was carrying a 28-year-old Ukrainian, with whom she is in a civil marriage. After finding the “passenger”, the couple arranged a conflict situation.
In order to calm the driver and her roommate, the border guards called the police. The latter decided to evacuate the car from the checkpoint. The driver first fell under the wheels of the car, after which she tried to escape from the law enforcement officers.
