Great heroes are not necessarily great: today the sale of the postal edition of the “Dog Patron” started
A stamp sheet with a circulation of 1 million copies, as well as thematic merch, this time Ukrposhta dedicated the symbol of invulnerability of the present and the favorite of the whole country - the assistant of the SNS sappers to the dog Patron.
This issue is also special because it is the first charity brand in Ukraine, the sales of which will be directed to the purchase of a unique pyrotechnic robotic machine “Armtrac 400”. This is the largest and most powerful mechanized machine in the product line, which can be controlled by the operator remotely at a distance of up to 800 meters or from an armored cabin.
Repayment of the stamp took place on September 1 in Irpen with the participation of the Head of State, and special repayments were held in each region of the country.
Thus, in Kyiv near the building of the Main Post Office on Khreshchatyk, the General Director of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyansky, the Head of the State Emergency Service Sergey Kruk, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhenii Yenin, the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mary Akopyan and the artist Oleksandr Dr Nikitiuk.
The head of the SNS thanked the community for the votes that people gave for the stamp with the image of Patron. Recall that according to the results of the popular vote, Patron received almost 200 thousand votes and took second place.
At the same time, Igor Smilyansky noted that Ukrainian stamps have helped to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine more than once since the beginning of the war and called on the public to replenish its collection of stamps and to help rescue heroes as well.
The highlight of the event was Patron himself, who together with the owner Mikhail Ilyev solemnly “inspected” the brand launch ceremony.
On this day, the exposition of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine “Security Center” also worked on Khreshchatyk, where everyone had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the Rescue Service and deepen their knowledge on security issues.
