Badly wounded woman from Avdiivka was rescued by “White Angels”, and her husband died (VIDEO)
Russian shells hit the house of the couple. The husband was killed on the spot, and his wife was in critical condition. The fate of the woman was decided for minutes and the police became her last hope of salvation.
“People under the rubble” - this message was received by the group “White Angel” after another noisy morning in Avdiivka. The crew rushed to help.
Only a pile of garbage remained from the house. Neighbors coincided to disassemble the ruins. The man could no longer be helped, so the “white angels” immediately began to save the 56-year-old woman. She had multiple shrapnel wounds to her entire body and pneumothorax.
Law enforcement officers provided first aid to the victim and rushed to a local hospital to stabilize her condition. The doctors in the light of the lanterns did everything necessary for the woman to withstand the road to the hospital. There was already an operating room prepared for her.
“We did not make it to the basement, hid in the bathroom,” the wounded woman said, “there were 4-5 hits one after another... I told Sasha: “Let's go, Sasha, but he didn't want to. I was patient, but I didn't have enough strength.”
Caring for the victim, the police were at the same time watching the road. It is called the “road of life”, and it is constantly under attack from the enemy.
In addition, together with Svetlana, the group “White Angel” evacuated a pensioner who broke her arm and needed medical attention. The crew ferried both women to a safe place and handed them over to emergency personnel, who transported them to the hospital.
