In Kharkiv region, rescuers eliminated 5 fires caused by enemy shelling in a day
During the day from August 28 to 29, the rescuers of the Kharkiv garrison of the State Emergency Service continued to perform their duties in wartime conditions.
In total, during the day rescuers made 27 operational trips, of which: to eliminate fires — 13, including fires caused by military actions — 5,
Fires caused by enemy shelling occurred in Kharkiv (2), Chuguev (1) districts of the region and Kyiv (2) district of the city.
In the evening, one of the enemy missiles hit a 3-storey building in the Kiev district of the city. As a result of the shelling, the building itself was destroyed and structural elements burned in the fire area of 5 sq.m. The SNS involved 2 units of equipment and 14 personnel. There are no casualties or casualties.
During the day, fire equipment of the State Emergency Service eliminated 33 enemy explosive objects.
