Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked the settlements of Bogodukhiv, Kharkov, Chuguivsky, Izyum and Kupyansk regions of the Kharkiv region.
As a result of a rocket attack in the village of Pershotravneve, Izyum district, a shop and residential buildings were damaged. A 91-year-old woman was killed, a 40-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized.
Private houses were damaged by the FAB-500 airbomb in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk district.
In the village of Baranivka, Bogodukhiv district, a private house, a garage and an outbuilding were damaged.
As a result of shelling in the city of Kupyansk, a private house and a car were damaged.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Also, law enforcement officers of Sumy region continue to document the consequences of Russian shelling.
Over the past day, the occupiers have shelled settlements in Sumy region. A total of 257 arrivals were counted.
As a result, 5 private houses, a warehouse of a private enterprise and a tractor were damaged.
According to these facts, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war”.
