The Russian military attacked the settlements of Izyumsky, Chuguevsky and Kupyansk districts.
On March 29, at 01:00 the enemy from artillery shelled Kucherivka. Households, outbuildings and cars were damaged.In the village of Ustynivka, households and outbuildings were damaged. The city of Kupyansk was shelled by the invaders with mortars and artillery. A civilian born in 1936 was wounded. Damaged private households, high-rise buildings, cars.
Around 15:00 the Russians hit the village of Malinovka with an Iskander-M rocket. Outside the village there was a fire of dry grass and shrubs.
At 15:20 as a result of shelling in Kupyansk-Nuzlovy, civilian infrastructure was damaged.
At 08:30 the Russian military launched an air strike with guided air bombs on the village of Budarky. As a result, the house and outbuildings were damaged. Near the village of Krasnoyarskoe, an unexploded enemy munition KAB-250 was found in the field. In the village of Grafske as a result of the shelling, a two-story house was set on fire. A residential building was damaged by shelling in the village of Synelnykove.
Around 02:15, the Russians hit the village of Izyumske with a guided aerial bomb. Three residential buildings with outbuildings, a school sports complex were damaged. At 21:10 the occupiers launched air strikes with two CABs on Borovia. Damaged and destroyed houses.
Investigative and operational teams, forensics and explosives technicians worked at the scene.
In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
