One of the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs implements a project to train pilots-operators of UAV
In the conditions of martial law, there was a need to train UAV pilots for units of the National Police of Ukraine during training in departmental institutions.
The implementation of the project was started by the teachers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training in close cooperation with the school “TECHNOPARK FLIGHT CITY 4.0.” with the personal support of the Chairman of the Board.
Within a few months, 36 cadets of the 2nd year of the faculties of training specialists for units of preventive activities and training of specialists for criminal police units will master the theoretical part — general technical characteristics of quadrocopters, tactics of UAV use, radio frequency, topography, metrology, and acquire practical skills tips on managing the latest drones.
The project is implemented within the framework of primary military vocational training. After completing the course, cadets and cadets will receive certificates.
