At NGU, officers receive professional military education according to the system of NATO member countries
In the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, advanced training courses are held. Training is carried out according to the educational programs of the basic course of the tactical level L-1A and the professional course of the tactical level L-1B.
“The main task of the courses is to prepare motivated and responsible leadership officers with a developed desire to learn and grow their careers, who are aware of the procedures for planning and making military decisions, their own vision of solving problems”, - says the head of the educational and methodological center of the Academy Colonel Volodymymynyy Trobiuk.
During training, the focus is on the study of fire, tactical, engineering training, tactical medicine, military communications, topography, military psychology, and radiation, chemical and biological defense, namely the work of a platoon commander.
One of the participants of the courses is the commander of the commandant platoon for the provision of the Central Territorial Administration, Junior Lieutenant Rustam Shakhbanov. In his 15 years of service in the forces, he made his way from detachment commander to acting chief sergeant of the unit. In the position of platoon commander since Dec. The officer notes that the courses are as effective and necessary as possible in today's conditions.
“I believe that every officer should be responsible for his job at a professional level. We are responsible for personnel. Therefore, they must be trained in a versatile way, regarding the level of preparation and directly working with personnel, - comments the participant of the course. - I like how information is communicated, how topics are selected, on which attention is focused. The teachers know their business and take responsibility for our training.”
Upon completion of the courses, officers will pass a comprehensive exam and receive a certificate.
