A new service appeared in the driver's electronic cabinet
The service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the team of State Enterprise “INFOTEH” are working to improve the functionality so that citizens receive high-quality government services online.
From today, a new option — “Re-delivery of driver's license” — has become available in the Driver's Electronic Cabinet for drivers.
The service will be useful to those who ordered a driver's license by Ukrposhta, but could not pick it up in time. From now on, drivers can re-order the delivery of their finished document to the branch of the national postal operator.
To use the service, you need to log in to the driver's e-account. After authorization, the “Order” button will be available in the “Driver Card” section. It is necessary to fill in the personal data, enter the address and pay for the service. Cost — 192 UAH incl. VAT.
Citizens can arrange delivery several times during the year from the date of ordering a driver's license exchange service. Then the document is returned to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and will be destroyed.
Please note that the new option can be used by persons living in Ukraine. In the temporarily occupied regions and abroad, it is not available.
