In the DMS within the framework of barrier-free access, the son of the writer, who was killed by the rashists, received his first ID card
Today, on May 22, within the framework of barrier-free access, employees of the Izyum Department of the State Health Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region handed the son of the deceased writer the first passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID-card in his life.
Izyum of the Kharkiv region was under Russian occupation for almost half a year: on September 10, 2022, the Armed Forces heroically liberated the city. Despite the suffering experienced, it gradually comes back to life.
After the de-occupation, mass burials were found in the forests of Izyum: in the mass graves were the bodies of hundreds of people, most of them civilians, among whom was the famous children's writer and pro-Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Vakulenko. The husband has elderly parents and a son. The young man has a disability from birth and needs comprehensive support from society.
It should be noted that Vladimir Vakulenko was a true patriot of Ukraine, a participant in the Revolution of Dignity, a writer. He last posted on his social media page on March 21, 2022: “Everything will be Ukraine! I believe in victory!”
