Attention! Additional regime restrictions are introduced in border areas
Additional temporary regime restrictions are introduced in the areas bordering the Russian Federation, Belarus, the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, adjacent to the sea coast.
First of all, such measures are introduced to strengthen control over compliance with the border regime, prevent destabilization of the situation at the state border and other offenses.
Among the restrictions: staying at the border border at night, the departure of any vessels from the bases, the movement of transport (except military, power structures, agro-equipment) on roads that are not in the register of highways and lead to the state border and do not provide movement to established checkpoints across the state border. Also, regime measures have been introduced regarding the stay of foreigners in the border zone, the use of radio stations, the implementation of flights of light motor and unmanned lethal devices, video, cinema, photography of personnel, objects, buildings, structures, transport and other objects belonging to the State Border Service of Ukraine, and movement along the shore or ice of border water bodies.
It is worth noting that additional regime restrictions are imposed by orders of border detachments and may vary in different districts and areas.
