The government has regulated the activities of specialized civil protection services
Today, February 16, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting adopted amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 08, 2015 No. 469 “On Approval of the Regulation on Specialized Civil Protection Services”.
The decision of the Government provides for the definition of clear tasks of specialized civil protection services in order to effectively function and promptly perform their tasks in emergency situations in today's conditions.
This will further avoid legislative conflicts and will facilitate the implementation of the tasks of specialized civil protection services in accordance with the powers of the executive bodies that form such services.
For reference: Specialized services are part of the civil protection forces and consist of sectoral, territorial and object specialized services in accordance with the functional orientation.
