The government approved amendments to the decree on the issuance of driver's licenses, fixing license plates with a specified combination of numbers, conversion of vehicles and the functioning of the electronic driver's cabinet
Today, May 2, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the issuance of driver's licenses, fixing of license plates with a specified combination of numbers, conversion of vehicles and functioning of the electronic driver's cabinet”.
In particular, amendments have been made to the Procedure for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles equivalent to them and mopeds Dive.
The document provides for the possibility in case of re-registration of vehicles (except in cases of re-registration of vehicles by children, other spouses, parents of the owner), including in the procedure of re-registration through the driver's electronic account or through the means of the Portal “Diia”, in connection with the change of their owners, on which they are fixed numbered license plates with the appropriate combination of numbers, at the request of the person who ordered the re-registration service, leaving the license plates for vehicles, provided that such person pays for the services of issuing (replacing) license plates issued by the wishes of the owners of vehicles and contain a specified combination, in accordance with the List of paid services provided by the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of fees for their provision.
