Ukrainian “Passport Service” becomes available in two more EU countries
The State Migration Service of Ukraine continues its active international work and expands the geography of functioning of separate units of SE “Dokument” abroad. In particular, thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukrainians can now issue passport documents not only in Poland and Turkey, but also in two other countries of the European Union - Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Currently, the test mode has started accepting applications for paperwork of citizens of Ukraine in Bratislava and Prague. In the capitals of two European countries there are mobile and technical complexes - specially equipped minibuses of white color with the symbol “Passport Service”.
Services of citizens are carried out from Monday to Saturday inclusive from 9:00 to 18:00 in the manner of electronic and “live” queue.
In Bratislava, mobile complexes are located at: Mlynskénivy 5A, 821 09 Bratislava (-1 floor, bus station area).
In Prague - on the site of Kotva Shopping Center/Kotva OS at the address: Náměstí Republiky 656/8, 110 00, Staré Město, Praha 1.
Here Ukrainians can get services such as:
● registration of an ID card or passport (including in place of a lost or stolen one);
● exchange of ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability);
● exchange of a 1994 passport for an ID-card (on request or in case of invalidity);
● Simultaneous registration of international passport and ID card.
In addition, from next week, a driver's license exchange service will be available in these cities.
Please note that payment for services in mobile complexes is carried out on site using the online service (there is no cash payment). To do this, you need to have a smartphone and a bank card or its details.
We remind you that today foreign separate units of SE “Dokument” are already available in the cities of Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Wroclaw) and Turkey (Istanbul).
