The State Migration Service recalls that the service of issuing the first passport of a citizen in the form of an ID-card upon reaching the age of 14 is available in the separate units of the State Enterprise “Document” in Poland.

To do this, you must contact one of the departments in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdańsk or Wrocław with a package of documents and submit:

- birth certificate;

- passport of a citizen of Ukraine of one or two parents;

- certificate of registration of the place of residence (if available);

- RNOKPP or notification of refusal to accept it (if any).

A person aged 14 to 18 years who has a registered place of residence — at the time of registration of a passport can, if desired, submit a request for obtaining a RNOKPP with subsequent reflection in the passport.

It is important that for the convenience of our citizens, the acceptance of applications for registration of passport documents is possible both by prior appointment and in the “live queue” order.

Payment (service services of the enterprise) is carried out directly on the spot - using the online payment service. To do this, you must have a smartphone and a bank card or its details (cash payment is currently not available).

Please note: For the first time since 14 years, the ID-card is produced within 20 working days.

When receiving a finished ID card, a verification procedure is carried out, therefore the presence of the person in whose name the document is drawn up is mandatory.

If a citizen does not receive a passport within three months from the date of its receipt to the center “Passport Service”, the finished document is returned to the territorial unit of the DMS for further storage.
