In Zaporizhzhia, rescuers eliminate the consequences of a massive missile attack
On October 9, at 02:00 the enemy launched missile strikes on Zaporizhia. As a result of the attack, the entrance of a multi-storey residential building from the 1st to the 8th floor and private households in the regional center were destroyed.
As of 08:00 all emergency and specialized services of the city are working on site.
Employees of the psychological service of the Department of the State Emergency Service are also now working on site, providing assistance to those affected.
From the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Zaporizhzhia, 20 units of special equipment and 85 personnel work to carry out emergency and rescue work, extinguish fires and rescue people.
Due to the threat of repeated shelling, we urge people to refrain from visiting places where specialized services are currently carrying out emergency and rescue work.
