In Zaporizhzhya region, rescuers eliminated 6 fires caused by enemy shelling
During the day, the fire brigade of the State Emergency Service (SNSS) detected 20 cumulative combat elements from the Smerch rocket system of salvo fire, 1 unit of safe remnants from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system in the settlements of Zaporizhzhya district. All detected explosive objects are destroyed by appropriately trained pyrotechnics in compliance with safety rules.
On October 13, as a result of enemy shelling, 6 fires broke out in settlements of Vasilyevsky and Polovsk districts.
In Orihiv, firefighters extinguished the fire of 2 residential buildings and 4 outbuildings.
In Stepnogorsk, rescuers tamed a fire in an outbuilding on the territory of a private household.
In Gulyaypol, in a fire where an apartment building was burning, the employees of the State Emergency Service rescued a woman born in 1965. Firefighters transported the rescued to the hospital.
To ensure the domestic needs of the population, rescuers carried out the lifting of 10 tons of technical water in Gulyaypol.
71 rescuers and 15 units of equipment were involved from the State Emergency Department to eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling, humanitarian demining and assistance.
