Charity race “Steel Border” took place in Khmelnytskyi
The purpose of the event is to raise funds for the needs of the 15th mobile border detachment “Steel Border” of the Guard of the Offensive.
The distances for the race were 500 meters for children and 1 or 3 kilometers for adults. 1375 participants joined the event, which took place in Khmelnytskyi, among which were both military and civilians.
In Chernivtsi and Sumy it was possible to take part in the charity race online.
“We owe it to our soldiers that we can gather here. Each of us should wake up every day with the thought that someone is performing a task on the front line, and go to bed with the thought of what he did today to bring Victory closer!”, — said Major General Alexander Lutsky, Rector of the National Academy of the State Border Service.
