In Kherson, Admiral Senyavin Avenue was renamed to the Avenue of the National Guard of Ukraine
The Kherson city military administration created an online vote on the renaming of a number of streets, squares and squares, discussion and voting, in which everyone could participate. Voting lasted 5 days.
At the discretion of the public, 3 avenues, 1 square, 1 embankment, 10 streets, 5 lanes were proposed for renaming. A total of 20 place names.
The working group processed the results of the vote and the decision has now been made to rename Admiral Senyavin Avenue to the National Guard Avenue of Ukraine.
The conscious society of Kherson took an active part and is writing the history of their hometown right here and now. No one understands the need to get rid of everything Russian better than those people who have lost their families, housing or peace because of the invaders.
