Migrants from Kholodnohirsky district issued a passport to a 75-year-old Kharkiv resident for treatment.
Mr. Gennady has a visual impairment. But despite serious health problems, the man is positive and plans to go abroad for treatment.
A social worker from Osnovian district helped him get to the migration service. Soon Gennady will receive a new passport document and will be able to fight for his health.
