Another department of the migration service resumed work in Kharkiv region
The main department of the migration service resumed its work in full. Administrative services are provided to citizens regardless of the place of registration.
In the department, you can restore lost or destroyed documents, namely: to issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID-card, exchange a passport booklet of 1994 for an ID-card, paste a photo on the passport of a citizen of Ukraine upon reaching the age of 25 and 45, as well as issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad n.

Recording is possible through the service “Electronic Queue”.
The department operates a preferential current queue available for the following categories of citizens: people with disabilities, military personnel, pregnant women, women with young children (up to 14 years) and the elderly (retirement age) are accepted without registration in the electronic queue.
