In Sumy, the list of violators of migration legislation was added by two more persons, including a citizen of the Russian Federation

Within the framework of joint interdepartmental exercises of the migration service and the USBU in the Sumy region, a foreigner — a native of the Russian Federation, was brought to administrative responsibility.
The violator has drawn up administrative materials under Art. 203 KUPap — residence without permits giving the right to legal residence on the territory of Ukraine. In relation to the wife of a foreign offender, who is a citizen of Ukraine, measures of administrative influence have been taken under Art. 205 KUPap — provision of housing to a foreigner who is illegally in Ukraine.
