The seals of companies and banks of the Russian Federation were found in the capital's call center: the police started criminal proceedings
Yesterday, July 31, the police processed information on the organization and operation of the call center in one of the offices of the Podilskyi district of Kyiv. The investigative and operational team of the district police department worked on the spot.
In the office space, law enforcement officers found 220 jobs equipped with computer equipment. System blocks, hard drives, mobile phones and work notebooks have been removed from the scene. In addition, seals of Russian companies and banks were found.
In the premises of the office itself there were 47 people, the police identified each and found two foreigners among them. Currently, measures are underway to establish their involvement in cooperation with the aggressor country and the organizers of the so-called call center.
Investigators of the Podolsk Police Department entered this fact into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 3 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - fraud committed on a large scale, or through illegal operations using electronic computer technology.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of three to eight years. The pre-trial investigation continues.
