In the case of a closed shelter in Kyiv, law enforcement officers detained four people
At the moment, the first priority investigative actions are being carried out with the detainees and the involvement of each of them in this tragic event is ascertained.
Last night, the capital of Ukraine was subjected to another rocket attack from the aggressor country. As a result of the incident, three people died, including a 9-year-old girl. People could not get to the shelter in time, as it was closed.
Based on these facts, the Metropolitan Police initiated two criminal proceedings: for Part 2 of Art. 367 - official negligence and for Part 3 of Art. 135 CCU - leaving in danger.
During the pre-trial investigation in the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine law enforcement officers detained four persons: the first deputy of the Desnyansk district state administration, the director of the hospital, the deputy director for technical issues and the guard of the hospital. The latter is preparing a report on suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 3 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code, and the rest - according to Part 2 of Art. 367 KKU.
We will also remind that the Security Service of Ukraine is investigating the crime of a terrorist state under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
